We found real people with real stories, and real love for the brand, and let them speak from the heart. Turns out, people are more than happy to talk about Chick-fil-A. No script needed. As for the legendary “Cows” campaign? That was pure fun. Writing for characters who can’t spell but have a lot to say is oddly satisfying.
