Back when phones had buttons and commercials had jingles, I cut my teeth on spots that were big, bold, and sometimes completely unhinged, in the best way. This section is a collection of early work from the late ’90s and early 2000s, including a talking dog, a minute-hoarding boyfriend, a singing yogurt family, a lottery daydream, and a couple of beer guys too distracted by the game to notice a man catching fire from spicy nachos. Yes, really. These were the kinds of spots that taught me how to write fast, think weirder, and sell with heart (and sound effects). They may be old, but they’ve still got legs, and a few very dramatic VO reads. No dogs, beer guys, or relationships were harmed in the making of these spots.
