Language gaps and cultural disconnects created a quiet kind of distance, one that made the experience feel unfamiliar, even intimidating. So we helped bridge that gap. We launched “Entre Amigos,” a campaign rooted in respect, warmth, and real connection. No translation band-aids. No corporate fluff. Just a message that says, “you’re not just welcome here, you belong.” And to back it up, we also helped SiteOne bring on more bilingual associates to reflect the community it serves.
